Daren is a dynamic leader who drives the strategy, growth and direction of ITS. Daren has significant utility / telecoms sector experience and has held several board-level leadership and advisory positions for a number of organisations including Severn Trent Water and BT. He served on the Board of Openreach, where he held executive responsibilities as Director of the Customer Service Division, Director for Field Engineering then latterly serving as Managing Director of the Business Division.

Daren also regularly advises and collaborates with government and other regulatory / telecoms bodies on sector-related issues. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of the requirements of operators and high capacity data users, through his vast experience across the industry, mean that ITS is thriving under his leadership.

Carl is a member of the Board and is responsible for working with our senior management team to ensure ITS creates additional competitive advantage and strengthens its position in the infrastructure market. Carl plays a crucial role in our business strategy, including investment and M&A strategies.

An ACA qualified accountant with extensive experience across the IT energy and construction sectors, Carl is an expert in financial management. Carl started his professional career working with EY’s Corporate Finance team and prior to ITS, he has held senior financial and commercial roles at Speedy Hire Plc and Alkane Energy PLC

Andrew joined ITS from Origin Broadband, where he was the CFO of a B2C and B2B service provider, helping grow revenue and customer base 4x over a period of 3 years and recently completed a sale of the Company. Prior to Origin, Andrew worked for Openreach for 7 years, as a Finance Director for both the Commercial and Strategy teams, as well as the Ethernet Delivery teams. He has over 10 years of experience within Telecoms, as well as wider utilities experience within Energy and Rail. Outside of work, Andrew lives in Nottinghamshire with his wife, 3 young children and dog, and is a keen rower.

Kevin leads our board and is responsible for giving strategic advice and counsel, as well as attracting and driving investment. Kevin is recognised as one of the most successful leaders of his generation, having led iconic brands such as Porsche, Lamborghini and BMW. A highly experienced serial entrepreneur and private equity chairman, he has led multi-billion-pound global organisations; and also founded startups such as Epyx Limited, building it up to become the market leader for automotive e-commerce solutions.

Kevin has received multiple accolades; highlights include making the ‘UK’s top 40 leaders under 40’ list, chairing the ‘best UK private equity investment of the year’, and being a founder of award-winning start-up companies across the globe.

Andie heads up the marketing strategy for ITS and is responsible for a strong brand position, persuasive campaigns and engaging social and digital experiences to drive business growth.

Andie has a proven track record in adding serious value from marketing activity and brings with her a wealth of experience in super-charging both direct and indirect businesses. She has previously worked at Zen, where she built up and led the marketing team and before that, ran the central comms function for TalkTalk Business.

Kevin leads ITS’ go to market activity, driving where, how and what ITS delivers to meet its significant growth ambitions and deliver great outcomes to our partner customers.

With a long success record in the communications sector, Kevin has held senior roles in BT, NTT & KCOM as well as leading in smaller businesses. Latterly as Partner Channel Director at NTT, he was accountable for leading the channel strategy for the company’s infrastructure business. Kevin has also held senior positions at Openreach, KCom and Virgin Media Business.

Claire is the People & Culture Lead for ITS, responsible for ensuring we provide a great place to work, with amazing people who are happy, productive, and engaged.

A CIPD qualified HR professional with previous industry experience at Amey, as well as more recent experience in a number of small businesses, Claire is passionate about putting people first in order to grow the business.

Mike is responsible for both designing and assuring the network infrastructure, as well as customer service. Mike has a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the IET. With a wealth of experience in Talktalk, Hyperoptic and Fibre Nation, in his role at ITS, Mike is responsible for the end-to-end network and service design, ensuring systems and IT are operational and scalable. He is adept at delivering complex networking solutions and leading strong customer-focused teams.

Mark heads up our infrastructure team, who design, build, and deliver custom dark fibre connectivity networks.

Originally from the property sector, Mark’s experience has spanned the mobile industry, before taking up the mantle of Managing Director for dark fibre specialists, NextGenAccess.

Mark is seasoned in growing companies at pace and together with his expert team, is helping ITS achieve their vision of becoming the UK’s leading wholesale fibre provider.

Darren is director of strategy and innovation, responsible for developing the network strategy of ITS.

Darren is known within the fibre market following his roles as Director Business Development at Hyperoptic and latterly Head of Propositions for BT Vision. He has a wealth of experience developing new products and services.

Channel stalwart Phil leads an expert team, responsible for the business’s strategy across wholesale, reseller and dealer programmes, from recruiting new partners to helping them win more business across the UK.

With vast experience amassed following more than a decade in the Channel, working at Daisy Group and Virgin Media Business, he shapes and develop ITS’s channel propositions and ensures the team operates effectively as part of ITS’s indirect strategy to the UK B2B market.

Dave’s focus is on key strategic partnerships that require bespoke full fibre networks, working with companies that deliver services on top of access connectivity. Dave joined from Virgin Media Business and brings with him a wealth of experience in developing complex solutions and working at board level within customer businesses.

Dave leads a number of significant customer relationships for ITS.
