The Account Support Executive (ASE) will support Enterprise Client Directors in representing ITS in the business connectivity market. The role is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth business with a ‘can do’ approach. We will provide the tools to enable you to make a significant contribution to the business and shape your career whilst delivering great outcomes.

As an ASE, you will be tasked with developing existing customers who need specialist bespoke solutions from the ITS business. The ASE opportunity will suit people who are comfortable working to deadlines and have previous administrative experience. This is a desk based role but there should be a willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Consistently deliver against set of KPIs
  • Support the Account Director to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Reviewing and creating processes to fit internal and external requirements
  • Responsible for coordinating all account related workflow
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and account revenue
  • Manage relevant communications between customer and Account Directors
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities
  • Participate in staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with account development for existing clients and new prospects
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met
  • Maintain a database of clients and prospect

Person Specification Overview

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administration role
  • Experience developing internal processes (desired)
  • Previous experience in fast paced, targeted sales environment (desired)

Knowledge

  • Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

Skills / Abilities & Relevant Competencies

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Self-motivated and well organised
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and comfortable with building relationships at all levels
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
