We’re delighted to announce that ITS has been shortlisted for a UK Customer Experience Award (UK CXA) in the Best ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) category.

This recognition is a testament to the meaningful progress we’re making to build a sustainable, inclusive, and responsible business. Our ESG journey is rooted in action, from cutting carbon emissions and expanding digital access, to supporting local communities and embedding a values-led culture across the organisation.

The shortlisting reflects the collective efforts of our people, partners, and stakeholders. While environmental impact is of a continual focus, our efforts are also about creating better experiences for everyone we work with, and ensuring our growth is aligned with long-term social value.

The UK CXAs celebrate excellence across the full customer and employee experience. It’s a timely reminder of the broader journey we’re on, and the importance of raising standards across the board.

We’re proud to be recognised alongside some of the UK’s most respected organisations. ITS is one of two organisations shortlisted, alongside Scottish utility company, Business Stream.

The wider awards program includes finalists such as Octopus Energy, Coca-Cola, Lloyds Banking Group, and Sainsbury’s, and it’s a great honour to be shortlisted amongst prominent household names.

Next, we’ll present our ESG story to the UK CXA judging panel, with winners announced at Wembley Stadium on 16th October.
