ITS Achieves RoSPA Gold Health & Safety Award

We’re proud to announce that ITS has been awarded the prestigious RoSPA Gold Health and Safety Award for 2025 – a significant milestone in our journey to create a safer, more sustainable working environment for our people.
Each year, thousands of organisations from over 50 countries enter the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Awards, which recognise excellence in health and safety practices across all industries. The Gold Award is a mark of distinction, presented only to those who demonstrate exceptional commitment to health, safety, and well-being.
After receiving Silver in 2024, we’re incredibly proud to have progressed to Gold, joining the ranks of leading organisations in the telecoms industry.
This achievement reflects:
- A robust and proactive safety culture embedded across all levels of the business
- Strong leadership commitment to health, safety, and welfare
- The effectiveness of our risk management, incident prevention, and safety training strategies
- Our determination to go beyond compliance and prioritise the well-being of our people, partners, and the communities we serve
Mike C Jones, Head of SHEQ at ITS says:
“For myself, and the SHEQ team, winning the ROSPA Gold Award is hugely significant and recognises the hard work that is carried out throughout the year by validating the evidence submitted as part of the awards process.
It gives credit to the Health and Safety Management system we have created, as well as the strategy and culture we have, where everyone has a voice and can raise concerns or report accidents and near misses without fear of being blamed. The award process involved an in-depth scrutiny of our submission, which also allowed a chance to reflect on our performance during the year.”
