Property Damage from ITS Work – How to make a claim 

If work carried out by ITS Technology Group has caused damage to your property, we apologise for the inconvenience. To file a claim:

Report Issues with ITS Technology Group Equipment 

At ITS Technology Group, we’re committed to maintaining a reliable and secure network. If you spot any damage, vandalism, or unsafe equipment, your feedback helps us respond quickly and prevent service interruptions. 

Please report issues such as: 

  • Damaged or exposed underground cables, particularly from construction or excavation 
  • Loose or hanging cables from poles or infrastructure 
  • Vandalised or damaged street cabinets (including graffiti or unsecured doors) 
  • Unsafe situations at active work sites
