ITS appoints Graeme Couturier as Chief Financial Officer
ITS has appointed Graeme Couturier as Chief Financial Officer, as the company continues its next phase of growth.
The appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on building the leadership capability required to support long-term growth.
Graeme brings more than 25 years’ leadership experience across telecoms and technology, working with fast-growing, private equity-backed and listed businesses. His sector expertise, particularly in connectivity and infrastructure, will be a strong addition as ITS continues to grow within an evolving market.
Most recently, he served as Group CFO at M247, where he led a number of key initiatives including a refinancing process, operational improvements and the sale of the UK business. He has also held previous CFO roles supporting growth in recurring revenue and successful fundraising processes.
He has significant experience leading businesses through growth, refinancing and transformation programmes, with a strong track record of improving performance and supporting long-term value creation. In his new role, Graeme will lead ITS’s finance and commercial functions.
Daren Baythorpe, CEO of ITS, said:
“Graeme brings deep sector experience and a strong track record of leading businesses through growth and change. His understanding of connectivity infrastructure and capital-intensive environments will be hugely valuable as we continue to grow and invest in the business.
“This is an important appointment for us and further strengthens our leadership team for the next phase of the company’s development.”
