Proven Collaboration, Real Results

As a joint owner of LCR Connect, a £30m joint venture with the Liverpool Combined Authority and French Utility Company NGE – we have successfully built a 214km full fibre business-focused network. The network is successfully equipping both private and public enterprise with next-generation connectivity to unlock unparallelled economic benefit. LCR Connect is delivering:

£25 public return for every £1 spent on investment
Genuine provider choice outside of the incumbents to drive value and local competition
Access to digital pathways, including Data Centres and Cloud-based technologies
More job opportunities with digital programmes designed to boost both literacy and confidence

But we don’t stop there. Our partnerships across Greater London are helping to boost gigabit-capability and beyond coverage. In Bromley alone, gigabit availability once stood at just 54%. Now, thanks to our partnership with Boldyn, gigabit available is well-over 80%.

Working with ITS means leveraging the power of private and public collaboration to improve the lives and prospects of millions of people.

ITS is also a 50% owner of Digital Greenwich Connect, a 21km full fibre network, built in collaboration with the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Designed to deliver business-grade access to both private and public bodies such as MDUs and social housing services, the network is helping the borough reach new levels of productivity, remote work opportunities and provides a toolkit for future growth. Previously underserved, the area now has a modern, sustainable connectivity infrastructure that’s delivering real public return on investment.

We’ve helped communities all over the country by utilising unique commercial models and infrastructure to make the most out of taxpayers’ budgets, while also providing wider commercial benefits.
