A Part of Digital Greenwich Connect
The new ‘digital highway’ will lay the foundations for a sustainable, ethical, and modern economy that allows both individuals and businesses in the Greenwich area to maximise their potential through gigabit-capable connectivity.
ISPs using the Digital Greenwich Connect network will be able to offer consistent, reliable connectivity with speeds of over 1000 mbps to businesses and public service providers in the area. Key to the successful implementation of the project are new and innovative deployment techniques which allow for minimum disruption to residents and reduced environmental impact wherever possible.
What Digital Greenwich Connect Means for Local Communities
The Digital Greenwich Connect initiative has improved connectivity in the area significantly while keeping costs for local businesses low. The full fibre network has also facilitated the improvement and transformation of public services in the area.
