Lockdown partner support continues

ITS continues lockdown ‘free means free’ partner offers

Full fibre network provider, ITS has continued with the lockdown support it has developed working with its partner community aimed at helping them to sell full fibre connectivity amidst the challenging market conditions caused by COVID-19.

The offer, first launched last month, means that with every circuit order placed in May, ITS’ partners can choose either their first three months free (on net) / first month free (off net), or free broadband for 12 months* without extending contracts to 37 or 39 months.

Philip Lee, Partnership Development Manager at ITS, said: “We took the bull by the horns as soon as the situation started to deepen. From our perspective, we wanted to understand exactly how we could help our partners during this period, as well as coming out of lockdown and beyond. We quickly mobilised to hold our first ‘COVID-19 partner webinar’ at the beginning of April with the sole purpose of finding out how we could work together to overcome the immediate challenges and those we could see coming down the line. It was clear that a genuine, free means free offer, with no small print in the Ts and Cs to the contrary, would be the most effective support at this time. The offer has been welcomed because of its no-nonsense terms and conditions and has even led to new partners coming on board.”

The offer is open to ITS partners only. Interested parties not yet part of ITS’ partner community can get in touch here to find out more about how to join its programme and take advantage of this and future support.

* Terms and conditions of May ‘free means free’ offer:

  2. Free for initial 12 months then charged at prevailing monthly rental
  3. Highest available speed from serving exchange will be offered (max. FTTC 80/20)
  4. Excludes ‘Market A’ exchange areas
